$725/mo full care board includes:

-2nd cutting timothy or alfalfa

-daily turnout (weather permitting)

-12x12 3/4” matted stalls

-24 hour/7 days per week access to our Clearspan indoor 130x70 arena (no wind, no rain, private, completely enclosed, SAFE night riding with super bright LED lighting)

-7 days per week access to riding trail directly off our property! We are located at the very end of a dead end road so you’ll never have to ride down a road to get to our trails! If you’re feeling more adventurous, we are a short 20 minute haul to Pilchuck Tree Farm with 500+ acres of riding!

-7 days per week stall cleaning 

-large, heated and dehumidified tack room

-12x12 hot/cold wash rack with heat lamp for year-round bathing

-restroom

-heated water buckets in every stall during winter months

-complimentary salt block in each stall    

-onsite owner

-private, groomed trails directly off property

-$750 enhanced full care includes:
-Everything included in full care plus LMF Super Supplements ration balancer fed daily

WORK/TRADE OPTION

$45/night Short term and overnight board*
*We are currently full and not offering short term board
When availability allows, we offer short term board for horses who need a place to stay while you’re away, and also overnight stays for horses traveling long distances who need an overnight break from the trek up and down I-5. $45 per night includes feeding your hay, fresh water, clean bedding, stall cleaning and daily turn out. Our barn is 100% completely locked overnight so you can relax and know your horse is safe and secure. Note: We DO require UTD vaccines for all horses coming to our facility. HAUL-INS
Our arena is reserved exclusively for boarders and Andrea’s students who are hauling in for lessons. UTD vaccinations required from veterinarian for all haul-ins. Please call or text Connie 206.719.0366 for a list of required vaccinations.
